Josh Smith
Executive Campus Minister
Josh Smith grew up in Mechanicsville, VA just outside of Richmond, VA. He attended Cincinnati Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Bible and General Ministry. In 2002, Josh moved back to Richmond and fulfilled his life’s calling of planting a campus ministries by starting at VCU. He is loved by his wife, Jamie and two kids, Kaleb and Kathryn. Josh enjoys driving around in his beat-up Honda Fit and enjoys watching and coaching baseball.
Dominic Chasse
Campus Minister at VCU
Dominic Chasse grew up right outside of Richmond VA in Glen Allen. He graduated from Mid Atlantic Christian University and received a Bachelors in Youth and Family Ministries and Biblical studies. Dominic joined CSF in 2020 and is happy to be back in his hometown. He enjoys all things nerdy and has been known to enjoy a Washington Capitals game here and there. He enjoys nature most and has a desire to see students develop a passion for Jesus and the Kingdom.
Zach Moore
Lead Campus Minister at JMU
Zach has been ministering to students at James Madison University since the fall of 2018. He is passionate about walking alongside students as they grow in their faith and discover how God is at work in their lives. Zach is married to Morgan, and together they are navigating the joys of family life as new parents to their son, Ezra. Outside of ministry, Zach enjoys playing soccer, running, and exploring good coffee, often using these interests as a way to connect with students and build meaningful relationships.
Amelia Wilson
Campus Minister at ODU
Amelia grew up in Amherst, Virginia and then moved to Norfolk for college in 2021. She graduated from Old Dominion University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. It was through her involvement in Christian Student Fellowship as a student where she learned of her passion for college ministry. She joined full-time CSF after she graduated. When she isn’t hanging around ODU campus, you can find her at the local thrift stores or maybe in one of her running phases. Amelia is thrilled to have the opportunity to share the joy of the Lord with students at her alma mater.

Lexi Warren
Campus Ministry Intern at JMU
Lexi is a recent graduate of James Madison University, originally from Charlottesville, Virginia. Over the past four years, she was actively involved in CSF while studying psychology and playing on the club tennis team. CSF became a place where she found deep community—one she could invite others into and where she grew in her faith. Now, she’s excited for the opportunity to give back to the community that gave so much to her and to walk alongside students as they navigate both college life and their journey of faith.
Katherine Stinnett
Director of Operations
Katherine lives in the Northern Neck, and is a preacher’s kid with a deep love for God and His kingdom. She has worked in ministry since 2020 and is passionate about creating systems that support CMOV staff and free them to focus on discipling students and building authentic community. Katherine is married Brandon who has significantly better hair than hers and is a dog mom to two pups. Whether working behind the scenes or connecting with others, her heart is always for loving God, loving people, and serving His mission.
